Shipping Policy

Off the Grid uses Amazon Multi-Fulfillment solutions for all customer orders. Our orders have a processing time of 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed to the time that our fulfillment service receives the order.

After the 24 -48 hour processing period, times are calculated from the moment that an order is shipped from our fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the customer. Tracking information is available as soon as an order is shipped.
